Starfield is just around the corner, and Bethesda has released its global release time, along with minimum and recommended PC specs, ahead of its Friday, September 1st Early Access date.
Bethesda Game Studios shared the details in a blog post, giving important details to those of us still living in the “old area” called Earth. First, he shared the release time for those who will get access to Starfield through early access.
If you’ve pre-ordered or purchased the Premium Edition, Premium Upgrade or Constellation Edition, you’ll be able to head overseas on September 1st (or even sooner!). If you have the standard edition, you’ll have to wait until September 6.
You can see the image below for the full global release time, but those in the Eastern and Pacific time zones will be able to play Starfield right at 5:00 PM PT/8:00 PM ET on August 31st. That is September 1st at 1:00 BST/10:00 Western Time.
Starfield PC Specifications
As for Starfield’s PC specs, both the minimum and recommended options require an SSD and 125GB of available space. Check out the full minimum and recommended specs for the Starfield below;

While we don’t know the exact performance on PC, Bethesda’s Todd Howard previously confirmed that Starfield will run at 4K and 30 FPS on Xbox Series X and 1440p and 30 FPS on Xbox Series S. The decision to lock the game to 30 FPS was to ensure “stability » performance.
