Imagine if you could play a character throughout the history of gaming, instead of downloading emulator after emulator, that character could be played through all historical levels, just like it was the good old days. Well you can with this latest game from Amiga Factory! Welcome to The Lost Pixel; an in-development addictive platformer that is itself a port of the PC game originally released in 2022 by bitmagine Studios. Note that the original developer gave full permission because all graphics and sprites were converted from 16 million colors to 64 by the Amiga Factory.
Here’s the latest from the creator. “Pix is the happy pixel part of the popular AMIGA video game. Until one day a blackout occurs and the screen doesn’t appear. Returning (not without effort) to his favorite monitor, he realizes that something has changed. Although the power is back, the Internet is still not works and it seems like he has gone back in time and visit the games of more than three decades ago and collect all the colored dots of each of their levels to be able to go home.”
