I’m a big fan of top-to-bottom racing, from games like Micro Machines to Supercars and Indy Heat on the Amiga. Well here’s another top down racing game that you might want to try out that was recently released on the Commodore 64 is “Party Speedway Extended” via K&A plus; An improved version of the tiny sprite race that originally took 1st place in the WiLD Demo Competition at the Teddy Beer C=64 Party back in 2022. In conjunction with this news, Saberman has released a new video showing the final build of the game. The game, which is available as a collector’s box, a separate physical release, or a digital download bundled with K&A+ Magazine #25.
If you don’t like racing games and you like strategy games, then don’t forget to check out The Kaufmannsgilde & Spediteur.
