Amiga. Fortunately, one such creator showing what might be possible is msmalik681’s Street Fighter; a game that originally appeared in Arcades and was then ported to just about every system you could think of including systems like the Amiga (badly), the Atari St and even the ZX Spectrum.
Here’s what the creator has to say about the game and the latest pre-update. “So I really hated the Street Fighter Amiga conversion. I think the original could have been much better, even the C64 version had special moves. I can’t stress enough how bad the Amiga original was, just play it and see . I’m trying to remake Street Fighter 1 for the Amiga ECS 2MB!
update highlights:
- I reworked the jump system for enemies.
- attack AI is more modular.
- enemy shells are realized.
- reworked the camera system where the screen jumps when the geek teleports.
- damage stats are fixed for enemy and player, but can change.
- now using the new Scorpions strife system, so Ryu’s cast has been reduced from 4 to 2. (thanks earok)
